WELCOME TO BLOODBATH!
I am Shaman King, leader of the eastern continent of Shade. Since we have lived on the Darkside, the vampire of my lands have longed for violence and mayhem. Chaos ran rampant in the cities and many suffered at great cost.

I acted not in haste, for I knew the Deathmoon would provide. After time, the Lost Ones whispered to me that the Mother Moon had a solution. That I could offer them their desire for war, but in a new way. One that was both controlled and rewarding.

And so was born the Bloodbath of Shade. I now hold this competition regularly for the betterment of vampire. I learn, too, of who is the strongest and who is the weakest of my vampire. By the command of the Moon Mother, I now invite all on the Darkside to join in my bloody festivities!

Event Type
Team vs Team vs Team • Combat Scoring
• (3) separate teams will face off against one another for awards and pride.

Event Focus
• Your team focus is on category scoring, with awards set for many categories.
• The team that achieves 1st place on the Combat Score category are the Official Winning Team of this event.

Time & Dates
• Events start at 9PM EST on event dates and span a full 48 hours. Your Home Screen will announce dates, as well as when the event begins and ends.

Note that while start times span three dates, it is still a 48hr event.

Team Allocation
• Tap the Live Event banner on your Homescreen to learn which team you've been joined to and which teams you're fighting against.

• All three teams will have their own unique background color on the fight page, and a unique colored icon on their profile page.

• All teams are allocated with fairness.

Score Modifier
• Discovering a Double Kill will add +1 points to your combat score


Discover & Collect
• The following Fusion ingredients will be discovered during the event!
   » These collectables may be turned into killer new powers using Fusion
   » Collect as many as you can!





Live Fusions
• The following Powers may be created at any time—even during the event!
   » Fusion recipes are located in Fusions > Filter by Bloodbath.










Fight List Visibility
• The level availability of other combatable vampire will be expanded
• The amount of visibility is based on your level:
   » Levels 1 - 14 | Will see 2 levels above and below
   » Levels 15 - 40 | Will see 5 levels above and below
   » Levels 41 - 200 | Will see 15 levels above and below
   » Levels 201 - 410| Will see 30 levels above and below
   » Levels 411 | Will see levels from 411 and above

Note: This visibility modification is to encourage challenging combat and socializing during the event. If you are having trouble fighting over your level, we strongly recommend that you manage your powers and use the double XP to level up to tailor your character with future skill points.

Team Screams
• Your Screams feed will be disabled and changed to Teams feed:
   » This new feed will allow you to communicate and coordinate with everyone who is on your team
   » The usual Screams tab will say Teams, and display a green color to differentiate it from the original
   » The Teams feed will have a 0 cost to send messages.
• Message blocking remains active. Anyone whose messages are blocked will not appear to those who have blocked them
   » Event players with TOS violations resulting in revoked commenting permissions will continue to be restricted from communications

Event Scoreboards
• A new Event Scoring button will appear on your Home screen
   » Tap to visit the Event Scoreboards

• The Event Scoreboards are the only boards used to determine event scores and winnings

• The normal Globals boards will remain active, but will be ignored for event scoring and prizes

Fight Your Coven
• Coven-restrictions will be turned off for the duration of the event

Zero-Defense Bounties
• Kill or KO a teammate who is not already on the Hitlist, you will be:
   » Auto-Hitlisted by Caine, Lillith, or Andilaveris.
   » When listed you will have Zero Defense until you're claimed
   » Your listing will be a random amount from 200K - 1200K!

Embrace Death
• No XP loss for deaths

Double XP Chances
• You’ll have a chance to earn Doubled XP during any fight won. If you have the Talon of Andilaveris you'll have a chance at quadruple XP!

Note that Mauling will not offer doubled XP chances, and will only produce normal XP amounts

Assists Increased
• Collecting Rage and Energy from your Assists feed will increase to 20 per day

SCORING VALUES
• Scoring Values and their categories can be found by tapping the Event Scoring button on your Homescreen

1 Point • Double Kill
Collect a Double Kill score modifier and receive 1pt for your team

1 Point • Kill
Kill an opposing team player and receive 1pt for your team

1 Point • KO
KO an opposing team player and receive 1pt for your team

2 Point • Relay Bounty
If someone on your team posts a bounty and another on your team claims it, receive 2pt for your team

1 Point • Self Claim
List and claim your own bounty and receive 1pt for your team

COMBAT SCORE
• The team with the highest Combat Score are the Official Event Winners
• The team with the highest Combat Score wins Finale Awards for this category
• Every Kill, KO, Relay, and Self-claim achieved adds to your Team's Combat Score in this category
• Team points are accrued as described in Scoring Values, above

KILLS
• The team with the highest Most Kills score wins Finale Awards for this category

KO'S
• The team with the highest Most KO's score wins Finale Awards for this category

BOUNTIES (SAME TEAM RELAY CLAIMED)
• The team with the most claimed Relay Bounties wins Finale Awards for this category
• To qualifiy, your team's claims must be those listed by your same team

Relay Bounty Example:
   1. DarkVamp of team Blue places a 1,000 bounty on VampRise of team Red
   2. VampRise (Red) now appears on the Hitlist
   3. BattleVamp of team Blue claims DarkVamp's (Blue) bounty on the Hitlist

   Result: Because DarkVamp and BattleVamp are on the same team (Blue), and both are working against an opposing team (Red), it is considered a Relay Bounty.

• To qualifiy, your team's listings must be succesfully claimed by your same team
• The team with the most listed bounties wins Finale Awards for this category

SOLO LEADERS
Qualifying Solo Leaders are those who:
• Are of any team
• End each 24hr event day in any 1st Place slot of any one daily event leaderboard
• Solo Leader status is available once on each event day of the event
• Solo Leaders automatically qualify for Event Leaders awards

• Solo Leaders Awarding:
Award sets are x1 Solo Leader Award Set per player, per event day, irrespective of how many boards placed at end of day. If you are an Solo Event leader on each day of the event, you may claim secondary award sets.

Explanation Example:
If you place 1st on four boards end of event day you will only receive one award set for that event day. However, should you make any 1st place leaderboard on the second event day, you will receive another award set.

Event Leaders Awarding:
Award sets are x1 Event Leader Award Set per player, per event day, irrespective of how many boards placed at end of day. If you are an Event Event leader on all days of the event, you may claim secondary award sets. If you are an Event leader on all days of the event, you may claim secondary award sets.

Explanation Example:
If you place on four boards end of event day you will only receive one award set for that event day. However, should you make any leaderboard on the second event day, you will receive another award set.
