Vampires Dark Rising ("Vampires Dark Rising", "VDR" or "us" or"we") is committed to protecting the privacy rights of our users ("users" or "you" or "your"). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about how we obtain, store, use, and manage information gathered as a result of your use of the Vampires Dark Rising game and application, your use and/or participation in any beta testing environments, your use and/or participation in the Vampires Dark Rising message boards and any customer service responses that you wish to provide (collectively, the "Service"). Information Collected and Used
The user information gathered as a result of using the Service is primarily used to provide you a better user experience when using the Service. By installing and allowing the Service you are granting Vampires Dark Rising permission to gather and use your user information.
"Personal information" is defined as any information that can be used to identify or contact you (e.g. name, email address). Personal information can be gathered via the use of the Service, a customer service response conveyed to Vampires Dark Rising, participation in the Service's forums or message boards, or the purchase of a virtual good(s) offered by or through the Service. Other information, which may include but is not limited to your date of birth, gender, or social network related friends and acquaintances, game and/or application level achieved, high score(s) achieved, and other achievements may also be captured, stored, published, and otherwise used.
Additionally, aggregated information about Service usage can be collected and used for the purposes of improving the Service, research, testing, and analysis.
Any information that is shared with other Vampires Dark Rising players within the game or through participation in beta testing environments or the message board or forums is considered public and is at your own discretion. Vampires Dark Rising has no control over the use or dissemination of information that you convey to any other Vampires Dark Rising player.
The user information provided to Vampires Dark Rising will not be sold, leased, loaned, disclosed, distributed, or voluntarily provided to non-affiliated third parties. Vampires Dark Rising may employ the use of a third party to provide online services, such as processing payments or displaying advertisement offers. Limited user information is provided to affiliated third parties through the use of the Service. Any information provided by Vampires Dark Rising to a third party, which may include but is not limited to credit card information and other similar financial information ("Financial Information") and billing address information, will be the responsibility of that third party as Vampires Dark Rising does not have access to any of this additional information provided to the third parties.
Other Disclosure of Your Personal Information
By using the Service, you understand the information that is collected and used may be disclosed to governmental or law enforcement agencies if Vampires Dark Rising is required to do so by law or if Vampires Dark Rising believes in the good faith that disclosing the information is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal processes, which may include but are not limited to court orders, search warrants, subpoenas, or statutes, or to protect Vampires Dark Rising's own personal rights and property, or that of the public. In the event that there is a change in the majority ownership of Vampires Dark Rising (e.g. sale, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, etc.) we reserve the right to transfer your user information to the new owner or assignee in accordance with applicable law. In such an event, users will be notified of the transfer of user information to the best of Vampires Dark Rising's abilities and users will be subject to any changes in privacy policy.

Changing or Deleting or Requesting Information
Any personal information that you convey to Vampires Dark Rising can be reviewed, updated, corrected, or deleted by modifying the affected personal information from your account.
You may also choose to freely delete your account and all associated information via the game application. Choosing to freely delete your account via the game application will automatically delete your account, including all progress andall of your collected/stored information. After deletion the Service will be unable to restore your account. We are not responsible, liable, or obligated to reimburse any damages incured from a deletion, either intentional or accidental..
You may request any information held about you by Vampires Dark Rising. You must directly contact the Service to make this request. We may require you to provide verification of your identity as well as to pay any associated administration fee(s) to provide you a copy of the information we hold. Note that in certain circumstances we may withhold access to your information where we have the right to do so under current data protection legislation.Policy Regarding Children
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 and its use is prohibited unless expressly authorized by a child's parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect the information of children under the age of 13.
